Smoking

Smoking 1-5 cigerettes a day doubles the risk of heart disease

You’ve probably heard this before: smoking isn’t good for you.

Smoking can lead to all sorts of cancers, heart disease, chest infections, strokes, weak bones or infertility. It can also age the skin, stain teeth, cause bad breath and leave a nasty smell on clothes, hair and furniture. At best, it’s an expensive and smelly habit. At worst, it can lead to a slow and painful death.
